Dead on arrival (DOA) reporting policy and after sales

At Bens Corals take pride in the fact that we will only send out corals we know are healthy, and can take the stress that shipping puts them through.

Unfortunately, sometimes things happen that may subject your new purchase to unfavourable conditions during transport which are simply out of our control. If that is the case we will always do our best to make it right.

When delivery dates are confirmed please make sure you are home to receive your delivery.

If your coral arrives and unfortunately doesn’t make it, please contact Ben @ benscorals@outlook.com or 07521914469 within 1 hour of delivery and provide pictures of the coral in the original packaging, the more pictures the better.

Please allow time for coral to acclimate through the proper coral acclimation methods and always dip any new coral entering your system.

We will not be liable if you miss your delivery due to not being home/opening the door for delivery.
